Ingredients

For the sprinkles:

  • 100 g butter
  • 120 grams flour
  • 80 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

For the filling:

  • 120 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)

For the cast:

  • 120 g powdered suar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Knead the ingredients for the crumble together and chill.
  2. Now mix the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Then stir the quark and pudding powder until smooth and fold the egg-sugar mixture into the quark mixture.
  3. Place 12 paper cases in the hollows of a muffin tin and distribute the quark filling evenly. Pour the sprinkles on top.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. Let the muffins cool down.
  5. Finally, make a topping from the ingredients listed and drizzle the muffin with them.
