Ingredients

  • 700 g potato (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 500 g pumpkin meat, peeled, without seeds
  • 2 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 bunch marjoram
  • 200 g tomatoes, chunky
  • 500 ml meat stock
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 small Can (s) beans, white
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them smaller if necessary and cook in salted water for about 25 minutes. Peel and finely dice onions and garlic. Cut the pumpkin pulp into 2 cm cubes.
  2. Heat clarified butter in a large pan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Add onions, garlic and pumpkin and fry. Wash marjoram, pluck the leaves and add. Pour in the tomatoes and broth. Cover everything and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Clean and wash the leek and cut into rings. Stir in with the drained beans. Let simmer for another 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with the boiled potatoes.
