  • 4 large potatoes, waxy
  • 30 g bacon or bacon

  • 200 g minced meat

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook until just under cooked for 20-30 minutes. Halve lengthways and very carefully scoop out with a small spoon.
  2. Dice the onion and bacon very finely and sauté in the oil. Add the mince and fry while stirring. Season with spicy salt, pepper and thyme. Finally add the chopped potato meat and fry briefly.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the egg, mince mixture and cheese together thoroughly. Season again to taste.
  4. Grease a tray, place the potatoes on it and fill with the mixture. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve with sour cream
