  • Large champignons – 4-5 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 60 g
  • Fried chicken breast (or ham / sausage) – 80 g
  • Sour cream – 60 g
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. All products are on the table, preparation will take a few minutes. For the recipe, we take large champignons. We turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees

  2. Carefully cut out the legs of the mushrooms. We clean the inside of the champignon hats a little, being careful not to damage them.
  3. Cut the mushroom legs into small cubes.
  4. Cut the fried chicken breast into cubes slightly larger than the mushroom legs.
  5. In a cup, combine the mushroom legs and chicken meat. We squeeze the garlic there through a press. Add sour cream.
  6. Rub the cheese on a fine grater and add to the filling.
  7. Pour in salt and black pepper. Mix well. The mushroom filling is ready!
  8. Fill the champignon caps tightly (slightly ramming) with the filling, making a small slide on top.

  9. Put the stuffed mushrooms in a baking dish and send them to the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, temperature – 180 degrees
  10. Oven-baked stuffed mushrooms turn out juicy, aromatic and incredibly tasty! Good as hot and when cool!
