- 25 cherry tomato (s)
- 150 g mozzarella
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 60 g cream cheese or ricotta
- 3 tablespoon pine nuts
- 1 bunch basil
- salt and pepper

- Roast the pine nuts in a pan. Hollow out the cherry tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella into very small cubes.
- Mix with the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, finely chopped basil leaves and the cream cheese. Pour the cheese mixture into the tomatoes and decorate with the pine nuts and basil leaves.
