by Editorial Staff

A recipe for chicken lovers, they will definitely appreciate it. Chicken legs, although inexpensive in price, can be used to prepare many delicious dishes. We decided not just to bake the chicken in the oven, but pre-stuff the chicken drumsticks with mushrooms and cheese

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Chicken drumsticks – 4 pcs.
  • Champignon mushrooms – 4-5 pcs.
  • Processed cheese – 90 g (1 pc.)
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare the required foods according to the recipe.
  2. Gently remove the skin from the chicken drumsticks.
  3. Chop the chicken off the bones, cut into small pieces, then chop finely with a kitchen hatchet or mince with a meat grinder.
  4. Finely chop the onions and champignons. Fry mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil, cool.
  5. Add mushrooms and onions to the minced chicken.
  6. Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater and add to the chicken with mushrooms. Pepper the minced meat and salt to taste, mix well.
  7. Stuff the chicken skin with the minced meat and place in a baking dish. Tuck the skin over on the knee side so that the minced meat is not on the outside during baking. Grease the stuffed chicken legs with vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Bake chicken with mushrooms and cheese in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Cooked baked chicken drumsticks stuffed with mushrooms and cheese, serve with herbs or fresh vegetables. This simple and very tasty dish can be prepared for a family dinner and it is not a shame to put it as a hot dish on the festive table.

Bon Appetit!
