Stuffed Cucumber Snack Ingredients

  • Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Crab sticks – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 30 g
  • Boiled chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Dill – 10 g
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  • Cherry tomato – 1 pc.
  • Dill – 2 g

Stuffed Cucumber Snack Instructions

  1. Let’s prepare all the products for preparing a cucumber snack with cheese and crab sticks. It is good to use a long cucumber for this dish.

  2. Cut off the tips of the cucumber. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. Using a teaspoon, remove the seeds and pulp of the cucumber.

  3. Now let’s prepare the filling for stuffing the cucumber. Put the grated hard cheese in a bowl.
  4. Cut fresh dill finely with a knife and add to the cheese.
  5. Three crab sticks on a fine grater. For convenience, lightly frozen crab sticks are best. Transfer the grated crab sticks to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Rub the chicken egg on a medium grater and also add to the filling.
  7. We fill the filling with mayonnaise. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well all the ingredients of the filling.
  8. Fill the cucumber halves with the filling.
  9. Cut each half of the stuffed cucumber into “one bite” portions.
  10. An appetizer of stuffed cucumber with cheese and crab sticks is ready. Serve an appetizer to the festive table, garnished with cherry tomato and dill sprigs.
