  1. There is nothing complicated in the preparation of this wonderful snack. This dish is so popular that with minimal effort and time you get a great dish. To begin, of course, boil the eggs. Of course, we will need them cooked cool. There are some rules for this, following which we will achieve the desired result. First, the eggs should be dipped in boiling water, not put on fire in cold water. You also need to cook them for at least 7 minutes so that they really come out cool.
  2. When the eggs are ready, be sure to fill with cold water to then better clean. For a dish like stuffed eggs, it is very important that they look good and are not damaged. To do this, make sure that during cooking, they do not boil too much, otherwise the eggs may burst. So, boiled and cooled eggs are cleaned from the shell and cut off the top so that you can get the yolk. We send egg yolks in a separate container, and the proteins that will serve as a basis for snacks are set aside for now.
  3. Let’s cook minced meat. In a bowl with the yolks add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Also, chop the pickles as finely as possible and throw them to the other components.
  4. At the end, pour a couple of tablespoons of cucumber brine to make the mass softer. Now mix everything well until you get a good homogeneous mixture.
  5. Well, now the final stage of cooking. We suggest you show a little imagination to make stuffed eggs a dish not just delicious, but also very attractive. We recommend making such snacks in the form of chickens. To do this, make incisions along the edges of the egg whites with your teeth. We also use the tops that we cut off at the beginning.
