Stuffed Eggs with Mushrooms

  1. So, for this dish, we first need to boil hard-boiled eggs. To do this, put a pan of water on the fire and lay eggs in it. Add a little salt to the water.

Some housewives recommend dipping eggs in boiling water. It is very important for stuffed eggs during cooking not to damage their integrity, to have a good appetizing appearance. To do this, they must be boiled in boiling water for 8-10 minutes. But the fire should not be strong, so as not to boil water. Also, do not take very fresh eggs, because then they are poorly cleaned.
  3. After the eggs are cooked, they should be immediately placed in cold water. You can also fill the shell a little. After that, it is easily removed, and the egg remains intact and beautiful. So, the boiled eggs have cooled down a bit, now cut them in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolk. Protein halves are set aside for now.
  4. Now let’s do the stuffing. Wash the mushrooms well, clean if necessary and cut into small pieces.
  5. Onions are also peeled, washed and finely chopped.
  6. After that, put the pan with vegetable oil on the fire, spread the chopped onion and saute it until the onion is slightly golden.
  7. Then add to the pan and mushrooms, salt and continue to fry with onions over low heat until golden brown, remove from heat.
  8. We leave to cool this mixture a bit. Meanwhile, mash the egg yolks with a fork, add fried onions and mushrooms, as well as mayonnaise and ground cumin.
  9. Now mix everything thoroughly to get a homogeneous beautiful mixture, viscous and soft.
  10. Well, let’s move on to the end of cooking, namely the stuffing of eggs. In each protein half we spread our delicious filling, you can press a little with a spoon to fill the egg well.
  11. You do not need to feel sorry for the filling, but it is better to put it so that a small slide is formed. On top decorate with parsley. A wonderful breakfast to the table is ready. Serve stuffed eggs with mushrooms on any table, and your guests are sure to appreciate this simple but spicy dish.
