Stuffed Eggs with Sardines

  1. There is nothing easier than cooking stuffed eggs, not for nothing that the dish is so popular among housewives who know how to value time. Well, let’s get started. First you need to boil the eggs, and cook them cool. To do this, there are some recommendations on how to do the job well. So, pour water into a saucepan and put on fire.
  2. Some housewives put eggs immediately in cold water, but in this case, during cooking, they may begin to burst. Therefore, we suggest immersing them in boiling water. We do it carefully, because for our dish we need whole and intact eggs.
  3. You can also add a little salt to the water. We leave the eggs to cook for about 8-10 minutes, this time should be enough for them to turn out cool. Then fill them with cold water and leave for a few minutes. This way they will be easy to clean.
  4. So, after a while, peel them and cut in half. As for the method, it is better to cut them lengthwise, and more convenient, and more stuffing will fit.
  5. Next, get the yolks and grind them in a separate container with a fork. Let’s leave a couple of yolks intact, we’ll need them a little later.\
  6. Now we move on to the next stage and prepare the filling. We open a jar with sardines, by the way, it is better to buy them in oil or own juice. Put them in a bowl and press well with a fork to grind.
  7. Now combine the egg yolks and sardines together, and throw in the finely chopped crab sticks.
  8. Also add mayonnaise and ketchup, and then mix everything thoroughly. We should get a homogeneous viscous mass, fragrant and appetizing in appearance.
  9. It remains to stuff egg whites. We spread our stuffing in each half. Fill it completely and even make a slide. Sprinkle each thing with grated egg yolk on top.
  10.
