  • Canned fish (pink salmon, salmon, tuna, or coho salmon) – 220 g
  • Baton – 2 pcs. 200 g each
  • Serbian brynza or feta cheese – 100 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Black olives – 2-3 tbsp
  • Green onion – 2 stalks
  • Ground paprika – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Italian herbs – 1 teaspoon.

  1. Mash canned fish with a fork, add feta cheese and mash too.
  2. Cut the black olives into slices and add to the fish mass. Add finely chopped green onions and sour cream.
  3. Add hard cheese, grated on a fine grater.
  4. Mix. Try the filling and add spices to taste (I used paprika and black pepper).

  5. Cut off the top of the loaves and remove the crumb, leaving the walls 1.5 cm thick.

  6. Fill the bread boats with the filling and sprinkle with Italian herbs on top.
  7. Remove the crumb from the cut tops, cut the tops into strips, and put them on the filling for beauty. Bake the loaves in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
