Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat, (minced pork)
  • 1 roll soaked in water and squeezed out
  • 2 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper

For the filling:

  • 2 onion (s), thinly sliced
  • 10 slices bacon
  • 5 pickles, sliced lengthways
  • 3 tablespoon mustard

Also: (for the side dishes)

  • g 1,000 potato (s), peeled and quartered
  • 1 bag / s Brussels sprouts, frozen
  • Flakes butter
  • 1 tomato (s), sliced

Instructions

  1. Knead the mince, rolls and eggs, season with salt and pepper and spread out on baking paper. Brush with the mustard and top with bacon. Spread the onion slices and the cucumber slices on top.
