Ingredients

  • 6 large mushrooms
  • 100 g bacon, smoked
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 cup Emmentaler, or Gouda, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Carefully remove the stalks of the mushrooms and cut very finely. Also dice the bacon and onions very finely.
  2. Fry the bacon, then squeeze the garlic, fry the cut stalks and onions briefly until the onions are translucent.
  3. Let cool down briefly.
  4. Mix with the remaining ingredients and season to taste. Fill the mushroom heads with the mixture and wrap them in aluminum foil nests. If necessary, sprinkle the filled mushrooms with a little cheese. Grill indirectly on the grill for 10-15 minutes, or in the oven if necessary.
