Ingredients

  • 6 large mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 10 g butter
  • 30 g fat
  • 40 grams flour
  • 0.25 liter ¼ water
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 75 g processed cheese
  • salt
  • Paprika powder
  • nutmeg
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Wash the mushrooms, unscrew the stems, remove the lamellas if necessary and brush the mushroom heads with lemon juice
  3. Cut the onion and mushroom stalks into fine cubes and sauté in the butter for 2-3 minutes. Let the whole thing cool, add to the minced meat mixture and season with salt and paprika.
  4. Now fill the minced meat mixture into the mushrooms, grease a baking dish and place the mushrooms in it.
  5. Let the fat become liquid in a saucepan, add the flour and sweat briefly, then add the water and milk while stirring, dissolve the processed cheese in this sauce and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper, then pour the sauce over the mushrooms and drain put it in the oven.
  6. It is best to serve fresh baguette with it.
