Ingredients

  • 6 large mushrooms
  • 1 packet cream cheese
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Chives, cut into rolls
  • some cheese, grated, e.g. Emmentaler

Instructions

  1. Wash or brush the mushrooms, remove the stem and scoop out a little. Peel the onions and chop them into small pieces. Mix the onions with the cream cheese, salt, pepper, chives and parsley. To taste. Spread the mixture over the mushrooms and sprinkle some grated Emmental cheese on top to taste. Put on the grill or eat just like that.
  2. Season with herb salt or fondor if you like.
