Ingredients

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 6 large mushrooms, fresh
  • Herbs (parsley, oregano, thyme)
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • rosemary
  • Puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf

Instructions

  1. Crumble the feta cheese very finely. Mix approx. 200 g cream cheese and the feta cheese, then chop the mushrooms stems and mix them in. Then season to taste (parsley, oregano, thyme).
  2. Pour the mixture into the hollow mushrooms, then sprinkle with fresh pepper, paprika powder and rosemary. Now coat the filled mushrooms with puff pastry and bake for about 15 - 20 minutes at 220 ° C (top / bottom heat).
