  • 8 pepper (s), red, green, yellow
  • 450 g cream cheese
  • 2 bunches chives or wild garlic
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • some milk or sour cream or yogurt
  • 3 teaspoons paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Wash, halve and core the peppers. Put 6 halves aside, finely dice the rest and mix with the cream cheese.
  2. Add enough milk, sour cream or yoghurt to create a creamy mixture. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, finely chop chives or wild garlic and stir in. Fill the pepper halves with it.
  3. The cream is also suitable as a spread.
