- 250 g minced meat
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 bunch rocket
- 1 small onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- some vegetable stock powder
- Parmesan

- Peel and dice the garlic and onion and sauté with a little oil in a pan. Add the minced meat and fry. Season to taste with vegetable broth.
- In the meantime, wash, halve and core the peppers. Cut the feta cheese into cubes and wash the rocket.
- As soon as the minced meat is seared, remove the pan from the stove. Add the diced feta cheese and rocket and mix well.
- Pour the minced meat mixture into the peppers. If you like, you can sprinkle them with a little Parmesan cheese.
- Bake the pepper halves in the preheated oven on the middle rack for 10 minutes at 180 ° C (200 ° C top / bottom heat). Alternatively, you can heat them in a pan with a lid on medium heat.
