Instructions

  1. Put the minced meat in a bowl and season with cayenne pepper and salt. Add the onion cut into small cubes and the breadcrumbs and mix everything well. Then wash the peppers and cut in half lengthways, remove the core and seeds and fill with the prepared minced meat. Put some water in a baking dish so that the bottom is covered and put the peppers inside. Now cover each with 1 slice of cheese and bake at 180 ° C (fan oven) for about 30 minutes.
  2. This goes very well with rice and a tomato sauce.
  3. Alternative: The peppers can also be baked covered in a pan. This has the advantage that collected liquid can be processed into a sauce.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
