Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers your choice
  • 250 g turkey breast fillet (s)
  • 5 m. Sized mushrooms
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 4 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese (0.% fat)
  • 1 teaspoon stock, grained
  • water to fill up
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda - also liht), rated

Instructions

  1. Cut a lid off the peppers. Remove the stem and seeds and wash everything.
  2. Cut the meat into small pieces. Fry in heated oil and season with salt and pepper. Clean the mushrooms, quarter them and add to the meat. Clean the spring onions, cut into rings and also add to the meat. Add the tomato paste and cream cheese and fill up with enough water as needed to create a sauce that shouldn`t be too thin. Add the granulated broth and cheese and stir. Then pour the mixture into the peppers and place them in a baking dish.
  3. Then bake the whole thing in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about half an hour.
  4. This goes well with rice (also curry rice) or potatoes.
