Ingredients

  • 8 medium potato (s)
  • 1 cup light cream cheese
  • 8 slices ham (salmon ham)
  • some Milk
  • Salt and cayenne pepper
  • 4 tablespoon onion (s), roasted
  • Cheese (Gouda or Emmentaler), grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes with the skin on. Peel and hollow out the potatoes. Mix the hollowed out potato with the cream cheese, milk and the ham cut into small pieces and season. Pour the mixture into the potatoes and sprinkle with grated Gouda cheese. Baked for 15 minutes. Then sprinkle with fried onions and bake for another 5 minutes.
  2. Green salad tastes good with it.
