  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley – 1 sprig
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. Before preparing the stuffed prunes, prepare all the necessary foods. Hard boil the egg (8 minutes from the moment of boiling) and separate the yolk, we do not need the protein.

  2. Soak prunes in boiled water for 10 minutes, then pat dry on a paper towel. (If necessary, rinse the prunes, they may contain sand.)
  3. Dry the walnuts in a dry frying pan.
  4. Grind the nuts into crumbs with a pestle or crush.
  5. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  6. Add walnut crumbs to the cheese.
  7. Add the yolk.
  8. Chop the parsley finely and add to the cheese bowl.
  9. Squeeze the garlic through a press.
  10. Season the prepared filling with mayonnaise.
