Stuffed Tomatoes Ingredients

  • Tomatoes – 800 g
  • Crab sticks – 200 g
  • Bulgarian pepper – 150 g
  • Processed cheese – 200 g
  • Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Fresh greens – 1 bunch
  • Mayonnaise – 150-200 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Salt to taste

  1. Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the pulp.

  2. Finely chop the crab sticks.

  3. Chop the bell pepper also finely.
  4. Grate the melted cheese on a fine grater.
  5. Grate boiled eggs on a fine grater.
  6. Chop the greens.
  7. Pass the garlic through a press.
  8. Combine crab sticks, bell peppers, processed cheese, eggs, garlic, herbs. Season with salt, add mayonnaise, and stir. The tomato filling is ready.

  9. Fill the tomato halves with the prepared mixture, put the stuffed tomatoes on a plate, and serve.
