  • 125 g cream cheese (tomato / mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoon chives, fresh
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut and discard the tomato lids, scoop out the tomatoes. Collect the pulp in a bowl. Cut the mushrooms very small, as well as the chives. Then mix well with the cream cheese and tomato pulp in the bowl and season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the hollowed out tomatoes and serve.
