Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 5 mushrooms
  • 1 pack sheep`s cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • some parsley
  • some salt and pepper
  • some olive oil

Instructions

  1. Halve the zucchini and hollow out.
  2. Cut the mushrooms and sheep cheese into small pieces, chop the parsley and mix everything together. Season a little salt, pepper, add oil and add the garlic either chopped or pressed.
  3. Fill the zucchini with the mixture and put on the grill. Grill and enjoy depending on your taste.
