- 2 zucchini (300-340 g)
- 150 g cream cheese
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 80 g cheddar cheese or Gouda cheese, rated ( - 100 )

- First, the washed zucchini are halved lengthways and hollowed out with a spoon.
