Instructions

  1. Preheat the charcoal grill.
  2. Spread out 4 sufficiently large pieces of aluminum foil to wrap the zucchini and brush lightly with olive oil. Wash the zucchini, make several deep cuts lengthways and place on the foil. Cut the feta into slices and fill the slices of the zucchini. Possibly use a fork to enlarge the slot. Now pour a little olive oil over it, sprinkle the mint over it and season with pepper. Seal the foil tightly over the filled vegetables.
  3. Cook the parcels over the glowing charcoal for 30 minutes. Open carefully as a lot of hot liquid will escape!
  4. If you like, you can also prepare the zucchini with mozzarella and parsley.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
