Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar and egg yolks together until frothy. Add the remaining ingredients. Finally, beat the egg whites until stiff and then fold them down. Pour the dough into a well-greased smaller loaf pan.
  2. Bake the cake in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 170 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 55-60 minutes.
