Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 10 olives (Kalamata olives), black
  • 100 g feta cheese, cut into pieces
  • 1 shallot (s), red, coarsely chopped
  • 0.5 ½ head lettuce, green
  • 50 g bacon, diced
  • 4 cl oil (pumpkin seed oil)
  • 3 cl vinegar (stone pine vinegar)
  • 8 cl water
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the cucumber. Then remove the seeds with a small spoon and cut into large slices. Wash and cut the tomatoes. Wash and cut the lettuce leaves, then place in a bowl with the cut sheep cheese, olives and coarsely chopped red shallot. Mix with stone pine vinegar, pumpkin seed oil, salt and water.
  2. Finally fry the diced bacon and sprinkle over it.
  3. Serve with white bread.
