Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onions, cut the bacon into fine strips. Heat the olive oil in a pan and brown the onions lightly, add the bacon and fry. Add the finely chopped chilli pepper and the bean kernels and steam for 10 minutes, gradually adding the wine and broth. If you want to use brandy, you should add it to the beans first, before the wine and broth! Add the asparagus and simmer for another 15 minutes. Salt and pepper.
  2. In the meantime, cook the pasta until al dente and strain. Mix with the sauce and the parmesan.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
