Ingredients

  • 250 g minced beef
  • 1 carrot (s), diced
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 onion (s), finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ cup rice
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 0.5 ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 liter of salted water with the carrot.
  2. Separate the egg. Mix the minced meat, egg white, onion, rice and tomato paste and season with salt and pepper. Shape the mixture into small balls. Cook in salted water for 10 minutes. Dice the potatoes and add them.
  3. Mix the yoghurt with the egg yolk and flour and add to the stock. Cook for another 7 minutes. Season with nutmeg.
