Ingredients
- 1 large banana (s), peeled and cut into thick slices
- 200 ml orange juice with pulp
- 2 sprigs lemon balm, leaves torn off
- 2 large bananas, peeled and roughly chopped
- 500 ml whey
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ turmeric
- 100 g blueberries, fresh or frozen, defrosted
- 2 tablespoon elderflower syrup

- Four wooden skewers are required for decoration.
- Briefly soak the thick banana slices in the orange juice, drain them, catch the orange juice and alternately stick them with lemon balm leaves on wooden skewers.
- Puree the two large bananas, orange juice, whey and turmeric with a hand blender and place in four tall glasses. Also puree the blueberries with the elderberry syrup with a blender, add to the cocktails and serve with the banana skewers on top.
