Ingredients

  • 200 g couscous
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 yellow pepper (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 tablespoon herbs, fresh (e.g. oregano, parsley, chives)
  • 300 ml boiling water
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over the couscous in a bowl. Add the vegetable stock cube and stir briefly. Let it swell - if necessary add water. In the meantime, wash or clean the vegetables and then dice them. Wash and chop the herbs. Mix these ingredients with the couscous. Now add the oil and finally season with salt and pepper.
