Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar) or balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 head frisee salad
- 1 head lettuce (romaine lettuce)
- 0.5 ½ head rocket
- 4 tomato (s) (vine tomatoes)
- 1 baguette (s)
- 4 small onion (s), red
- 2 avocado (s)
- Herbs, dried

- Mix the vinegar and mustard together and season with salt. Gradually stir in 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir the dried salad herbs into the vinaigrette.
- Clean, wash and spin dry the heads of lettuce. Halve the romaine lettuce at an angle. Cut the tomatoes and baguette into thin slices.
- Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and fry the baguette slices until golden brown. Season with salt. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Halve the avocados, remove the stone. Loosen the pulp and cut into wedges.
- Lettuce, tomatoes. Arrange onions, baguette and avocados and drizzle with the vinaigrette. Sprinkle with pepper and possibly a little garlic and serve garnished with thyme.
- An absolute dream summer salad.
