Ingredients

  • 1 can peach (s), drained
  • 1 can tangerine (s), drained
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 pear (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup quark
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 5 packs vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Dice the canned peaches and mandarins as well as the fresh fruit. Peel the fresh fruit beforehand. Put everything in a bowl.
  2. For the dressing mix the sour cream, yoghurt and quark in a small bowl and sweeten with vanilla sugar. The vanilla sugar is only used for the taste So season to taste in between and sweeten with normal sugar if necessary.
  3. Then add the dressing to the diced fruit and stir. It is best to eat it very cool from the refrigerator.
  4. An excellent refreshment in summer that even the smallest of the family will enjoy.
