Ingredients

  • 250 g fruits, (here: raspberries, blueberries, banana)
  • 4 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoon yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 140 g buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well with a hand blender, adding sugar to taste if necessary.
  2. For this smoothie (shown in the photo) I used 60g of banana, 100g of blueberries and 90g of raspberries. Frozen raspberries and blueberries make the drink particularly refreshing. If you haven`t used frozen fruit, two ice cubes are essential for a cool summer drink! The information above forms a basic recipe for each type of fruit smoothie.
