Ingredients
For the dough:
- 4 egg (s), separated
- 130 g powdered suar
- 250 ml rapeseed oil or sunflower oil
- 2 lemon (s), organic, zest from both and juice from one
- 200 g flour
- 80 g desiccated coconut
- 2 teaspoons baking soda

- Preheat the oven to 170 ° C fan oven.
- Separate the eggs. Mix egg yolks with icing sugar until frothy. Gradually add the oil, lemon juice and the zest of one lemon.
