Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta
  • 150 g tomato (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 handful basil
  • 60 g parmesan, rated
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or fruit vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, squeeze or dice the garlic and cut the basil leaves into thin strips. Mix with the oil and vinegar, season well with salt and pepper and mix with the noodles while they are still hot. Finally sprinkle the parmesan on top.
