Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (e.. Spirelli)
  • 100 g rocket, washed
  • 80 g tomato (s), dried
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 6 slices ham (Serrano)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 80 g olives, black
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • some vinegar
  • some olive oil
  • 250 g natural yourt
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 small cloves garlic
  • herbs, fresh (e.g. chives, parsley)
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water and rinse with cold water. Clean and halve the rocket, finely chop the onions, stone the olives and cut into small pieces. Quarter the cherry tomatoes, cut the zucchini into sticks, and cut the dried tomatoes into strips. Tear the mozzarella and Serrano ham into small pieces. Put everything together in a salad bowl.
  2. For the dressing, chop the garlic cloves, mix with yogurt and mayonnaise, season with vinegar, olive oil and spices. Add the finely chopped fresh herbs and fold into the salad.
