Ingredients

  • 400 g ham sausae, fine, cut into strips
  • 100 g tonue sausae, cut into strips
  • 1 large onion (s), red
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 3 slices cheese, Maasdammer cheese, cut into strips
  • 5 radishes

For the sauce:

  • 3 tablespoon herb vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Herbs

Instructions

  1. Either cut the sausage yourself into fine strips or have the butcher cut it. Peel the red pepper (it is easier to digest) and cut into fine strips. Slice half a cucumber on the vegetable grater into fine sticks. Cut the radishes into very fine slices. Also cut the cheese into fine strips. Cut the onion either into wafer-thin strips or into small cubes.
  2. Put all ingredients in a large glass bowl. Now sprinkle salt, pepper, nutmeg and salad herbs on top, then add the vinegar and finally the oil. Only now mix everything carefully together. If you like, you can add freshly chopped parsley and top it with a few quartered cocktail tomatoes. Let the salad steep for at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  3. It tastes particularly delicious with crispy fried potatoes or hash browns or with fresh farmer`s bread!
