Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato (s), peeled (800g)
  • 1 kg carrot (s), peeled
  • 3 large potatoes, peeled
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 handful herbs, fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cover the carrots and potatoes with salted water and cook until soft. Put 2/3 of the cooking water, the tomatoes, the herbs, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar in a tall container and puree. Already done and delicious.
  2. Tastes even better the next day and even very good cold. The right thing for hot days!
