Instructions

Cover the carrots and potatoes with salted water and cook until soft. Put 2/3 of the cooking water, the tomatoes, the herbs, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar in a tall container and puree. Already done and delicious.
Tastes even better the next day and even very good cold. The right thing for hot days!
