Ingredients

  • 1 glass celery salad
  • 6 medium egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 200 g cooked ham, sliced
  • 2 apples
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 1 small Can (s) pineapple, pieces, in light syrup
  • 250 ml Miracel Whip
  • 10 tablespoon milk, 1.5%
  • 1 leek
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the celery, corn and pineapple well. Peel and cut the eggs. Cut the ham into small cubes. Peel and halve the apple, remove the core and cut the pulp into small cubes. Clean and wash the leek and cut into fine rings.
  2. Mix Miracel Whip with the milk. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  3. Take out 1 hour in advance the next day, mix well and season to taste with salt and colored or black pepper from the mill.
  4. Baguette goes well with it.
