Ingredients

  • 100 g bulur, instant
  • 200 ml salt water
  • 100 g bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 100 g red pepper (s)
  • 100 g bell pepper (s), orane
  • 200 g tomato (s)
  • 80 g onion (s)
  • 150 g cucumber (s)
  • 150 g rapes, reen, seedless

For the dressing:

  • 1 small Bunch mint
  • 1 small bunch parsley
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • Leaf lettuce, different types
  • some mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling salted water over the bulgur and let it soak. Wash, core and dice the peppers. Halve the tomatoes, cut out the stalk and remove the seeds. Also finely dice. Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthways and cut into very thin slices. Peel the onion and cut into fine rings. Halve the grapes. For the dressing, wash, dry and chop the herbs. Mix with the remaining ingredients and add half of the dressing to the bulgur and stir in. Wash the lettuce and place on the plates. Add the bell pepper, tomato, onion and cucumber to the bulgur and mix. Arrange on the lettuce and spread the grapes and the rest of the dressing on top.
