Summery Light Party Salad

Ingredients

• 1 medium cucumber (s)
• 1 leek
• 5 m. Apples, crumbly
• 5 egg (s), hard-boiled
• 1 glass celery
• 1 large can pineapple
• 1 glass Miracel Whip (500 ml)
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Wash and clean all ingredients - if necessary - and then cut into approx. 1 cm cubes. Mix with Miracel Whip and season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Goes wonderfully with the summer barbecue party.
