Instructions

  1. For the dough we knead together flour, oil, water, salt, yeast and pizza seasoning. When this has been done, the dough needs to rise for 30 minutes. Then divide the dough into two equal parts and roll out to a diameter of 28 to 30 centimeters. The lower part is placed on the baking sheet. For the filling: All ingredients are cut into small pieces and kneaded into a minced meat mixture. The mixture is placed on the bottom dough. Then the second sheet of dough comes on top. Put a cereal bowl over the middle part and press the dough into place. All around you prick with a fork. You also close the outer edges with the fork. I painted another face in the middle. Now you cut evenly up to the middle ring with a sharp knife. Now you turn the dough pieces over to rays so that the filling faces up. At the end, the sun is smeared with whisked egg before baking and then placed in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes.
