  • 125 g mararine
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon milk, (plenty)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 apples

Instructions

  1. Stir the margarine until creamy (or let it melt in a water bath). Meanwhile, separate the eggs and prepare the sugar and flour. Put the melted margarine in the baking bowl, add the sugar, egg yolks, flour (seven), baking powder, vanilla sugar, milk and a pinch of salt, mix everything together.
