Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to approx. 200 degrees top / bottom heat. Line the muffin tin with muffin molds or spray with baking spray.
  2. Cut the peaches into small pieces and pat dry. Mix the flour, baking powder and custard powder. Mix the sugar with the vanilla sugar.
  3. Now stir the butter until foamy, add the sugar mixture and keep stirring. Now the eggs are added one by one. Then add the flour mixture spoon by spoon and mix everything together well. Now stir in the yoghurt and add some peach juice. The dough shouldn`t be too runny, but also not too firm. With these quantities, the dough actually has exactly the right consistency.
  4. Pour the dough into the molds with a tablespoon, they should be about half full, and place the peach pieces on top. Bake on the second rail from the bottom at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for about 15 - 18 minutes. It is best to do a chopstick test.
  5. Tip: If you want to prepare the muffins with chocolate chunks, distribute them with the peaches in the middle of the muffins before baking.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
