Ingredients
- 2 port. Mixed salad (e.g. rocket, baby spinach, lollo rosso, lollo bionda, romaine lettuce)
- 1 scoop / n mozzarella (preferably buffalo mozzarella)
- 2 peach (s) or nectarines
- 1 handful hazelnuts
- Parma ham, sliced
- salt and pepper
- Walnuts

- You need different salads: rocket, baby spinach, lollo rosso, lolo bionda, romaine lettuce. Add 2 peaches or nectarines with or without peel (cut into bite-sized pieces). Chop a scoop of mozzarella into bite-sized pieces. Top with a few slices of Parma ham (slightly torn). Now roughly chop a few more hazelnuts (it is best to wrap them in a kitchen towel and hit them with something, so you have larger and smaller pieces) and add to the salad. Season the whole thing with salt, pepper and walnut oil.
- You can mix the salad or just drape everything more or less on top of each other!
