Super Fast Lightning Cake

• 1 cake base, (sponge or shortcrust pastry)
• 1 point sour cream
• 1 large can (s) peach (or other fruit)
• 1 point cream
• Chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

1. Brush the cake base thickly with sour cream. Spread peaches or other fruit on top.
2. Whip the cream until stiff, spread it over it and, if you like, sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top.
3. Ready in no time if you have a quick visitor, provided you have a finished cake base in the house.
4. I always buy a shortcrust pastry base from the baker, it lasts for up to 2 months.
