Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine in a saucepan and then stir in the cocoa without lumps.
  2. Mix the sugar, flour, hazelnuts and eggs together until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the fat and cocoa mixture.
  3. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Grease a baking sheet or line the edge with parchment paper. Smooth out the dough on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Shortly before the end of baking, do the stick test so that the brownies don`t get too dark. They are perfect when they are still nice and juicy inside.
  4. Let cool down a bit, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  5. One sheet is enough for a complete party community of 10-15 people. The brownies keep for a few days in aluminum foil. The recipe is certainly not suitable for dieting, but I haven`t found anyone who wasn`t in love with these brownies.
